Last updated: October 2026
1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop at luterramats.de between Luterra, owner Valentin Stange, Reumontstraße 41, 52064 Aachen, Germany (hereinafter “we”) and the customer.
1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed profession (§ 13 BGB, German Civil Code).
1.3 Deviating terms of the customer only apply if we have expressly agreed to them.
2. Conclusion of the contract
2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 The customer can add products to the shopping cart and enter their details at checkout. Before submitting the order, the customer can check all details and correct input errors directly in the input fields or by using the browser's back function.
2.3 By clicking the button to complete the order with an obligation to pay (e.g. “Pay now”), the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.
2.4 We confirm receipt of the order immediately by email (order confirmation). With this email, we accept the offer and the purchase contract is concluded.
2.5 The contract languages are German and English.
3. Storage of the contract text
We store the contract text. The customer receives the order details with the order confirmation by email. These Terms and Conditions can be accessed, printed and saved on this page at any time.
4. Prices and shipping costs
4.1 All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
4.2 Within Germany, delivery is free of charge. For deliveries to the other member states of the European Union, we charge a flat rate of €14.90 per order. The shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver within Germany and to all other member states of the European Union, to the delivery address provided by the customer. We do not deliver to countries outside the European Union.
5.2 Delivery takes approx. 2 to 5 working days within Germany and approx. 5 to 10 working days to the other member states of the European Union, in each case starting on the day after the contract is concluded, unless otherwise stated for the respective product.
5.3 If an ordered product is not available because we are not supplied by our supplier through no fault of our own, we will inform the customer without delay. In this case, we may withdraw from the contract. We will refund any payments already made without delay.
6. Payment
6.1 The following payment methods in particular are available in the shop: PayPal, Klarna, credit and debit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The payment methods offered in each individual case are shown at checkout.
6.2 For payments via Klarna or PayPal, the terms of the respective payment service provider also apply.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details can be found in our instructions on withdrawal. The customer can also declare the withdrawal using our “Withdraw from contract here” function.
9. Warranty
The statutory rights in respect of defects apply.
10. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
