How long does shipping take?

Within Germany usually 2 to 5 working days, shipping is included in the price. To all other EU countries usually 5 to 10 working days, for which we charge a flat €14.90.

How do returns work?

Just send us a short email and we'll sort out the rest. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt, details in our cancellation policy.
